The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year, from 1 January 2027 until 31 December 2027. It may be renewed twice, by tacit renewal, for successive periods of 1 year, for a maximum contract duration of 3 years, all periods combined, i.e. until 31 December 2029. The services are paid for by unit prices. Specific execution conditions: The execution of the services will commence on the date set by the contract; No financial guarantee clause is provided; No advance payment is provided; Prices are firm; Payment for the services will be made in accordance with the buyer's applicable overall payment period.
