Germany – Administrative development project services – 5.1_B 73 OD Cux Altenwalder Chaussee

The design of the traffic facilities (parts of the performance phase 3, performance phases 5-7 and optionally performance phase 4) of the urban traffic facilities along the B 73 Altenwalder Chaussee and a section of the Abendrothstraße in the city of Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony is being tendered. The renewal of the carriageway surfaces, cycle and footpaths, bus stops, street furniture, street drainage, the traffic-appropriate adaptation of the junctions B73/Süderwisch/Drangstweg and B73/K2/Südersteinstraße, the adaptation/renewal of the traffic signal systems and the construction of a crossing at the height of the Emil-Maetzel-Weg are planned. The design services for the traffic facilities will be tendered in Annex B1 LB-Verkehrsanlagen. The design services for a road drainage system including rainwater treatment will be tendered in Annex B2 LB-Ingenieurbauwerke. The design services for a slope stabilisation over a length of approx. 200 m will be tendered in Annex B3 LB-Ingenieurbauwerke. The performance phase 8 construction supervision will be tendered for all components (Annex B4). This is a joint measure by the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction, Business Unit Stade and the City of Cuxhaven. The tendering of the design services and the entire management of the construction project will be handled by the City of Cuxhaven.
