The consultation is divided into two technical lots as follows:

- Lot No. 1: RD 925 - Upgrade to 2 x 2 lanes between Dieppe and Saint-Martin-en-Campagne (delegated commune of Petit Caux)

- Lot No. 2: RD 925 - Construction of a roundabout - Access to Eurochannel III Zone - Communes of Petit Caux and Martin Église

The deadline for the execution of the services is set by the contracting authority under the following conditions. The deadline for the execution of the services for technical lot No. 1 is set at 18 months from the order to start the works of the lot. The deadline for the execution of the services for technical lot No. 2 is set at 4 months from the order to start the works of the lot. In case of overlap of the technical lots, the overall deadline for the execution of the services will not exceed 18 months. A preparation period is set. By way of derogation from Article 28.1 of the CCAG Travaux, this preparation period is not included in the execution deadline. Its duration is 90 days from the notification of the contract.
