Germany – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Rahmenvertrag Medientechnik-Berater

Media technology is a central theme not only at Helmholtz Munich. Functional conference technology in various forms is essential for the work of all employees. As a supplement, an external media technology consultant is sought who professionally prepares and supports important meetings from a technical perspective. Additionally, equipped rooms need to be technically supported or new rooms need to be equipped with media technology. Since Corona, all events must be able to take place as hybrid events if necessary. Consequently, rooms on the Campus Neuherberg site and at the various external locations must be converted to hybrid technology. Furthermore, there are many construction activities. These often require intensive support from a media technician. To be able to complete the tasks at hand and to ensure smooth collaboration with the permanent media technician afterwards, a contract with an external media technician should be concluded.
