Poland – Engineering design services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo - kosztorysowej dla zadania pn. „Przebudowa włączenia ul. Mariana Szei do ul. Gen. W. Andersa’’

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design and cost documentation along with obtaining a decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment or a building permit or a certificate of no objection to the intention to carry out construction works, serving to describe the public procurement for the execution of construction works and the performance of author's supervision for the task entitled “Rebuilding the connection of ul. Mariana Szei to ul. Gen. W. Andersa”. 1) Scope of the task: a) obtaining a land registry map and a list of entities and plots, b) based on data obtained from the geodetic center, supported by a full inventory of the existing status and verification of the placement of road infrastructure along with devices not related to road traffic needs, a map for design purposes should be prepared. The map for design purposes, prepared by the Contractor, should be agreed and absolutely confirmed by all underground utility network managers in the scope of the course and placement of their network. The Contractor will submit a declaration on the preparation of the map for design purposes according to the above assumptions, c) obtaining the necessary agreements and decisions regarding the project, in particular: - a certificate of no objection to the notification of the execution of construction works to the competent architectural and building administration authority or a building permit or a ZRID decision, - a decision on the location of the public investment purpose or an excerpt from the local spatial development plan (if necessary), - a decision of the Conservator of Monuments (if necessary). 2) Scope of preparation: 1) geological documentation, conducting a geotechnical analysis of the subsoil. Carrying out a reconnaissance of soil and water conditions for the placement of structural layers, 2) documentation for the notification of construction works or a multi-disciplinary construction project, (architectural and construction project, land development project, technical project) – prepared on the basis of the concept approved by the Contracting Authority, 3) preparation of executive projects, separately for each discipline, 4) preparation of STWiORB, 5) a permanent traffic organization project along with approval, 6) preparation of the subject matter, the valuation form and the investor's cost estimate for all disciplines in a continuous tabular format – one table, with a breakdown by types of works: (general section, road works, branch works etc., summary of the total value of the task net/brutto). The subject matter valuation form is subject to separate agreement and approval by the Contracting Authority, 7) preparation of land divisions, if necessary, in the event of the need to occupy additional land, outside the existing road corridor, 8) in the case of trees intended for felling, a permit for their removal must be obtained, 9) obtaining all other necessary decisions, opinions, permits, conditions for design necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract, 10) obtaining from the network managers the technical conditions and agreements for the protection of the network or the liquidation of collisions. 3) The Contractor will initiate and participate in coordination meetings, at which current guidelines for the project will be established, and the degree of advancement of the preparation will be presented. The frequency of meetings should be at least once every 2 months. Meetings will be held at the Contracting Authority's premises at times agreed with it. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to convene working meetings whenever justified by the quality and timeliness of the execution of the subject of the contract. All important information, having a direct impact on the deadline and quality of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will transfer immediately to the Contracting Authority using generally accepted and available methods (mail, fax, e-mail) ensuring the possibility of confirming the transmitted information. Agreements adopted during consultative meetings will be protocolled. The preparation of the protocol is the obligation of the Contractor. 4) The Contractor is obliged to: 1. cooperate with the Contracting Authority in the preparation of opinions, assessments, analyses regarding the task being prepared for the needs of other institutions, 2. participate in the tender procedure for the selection of the Contractor for construction works in the scope of immediate preparation of responses to questions from bidders regarding the design preparation, 3. author's supervision during the implementation of the investment according to the project being the subject of the contract, 4. not use proper names in the content of the project, and moreover, in the case of using the formulation “or equivalent” the Contractor will provide the technical parameters of the equivalent solution, 5. use the most recent available technological solutions in the prepared documentation, 6. descriptive parts of the preparation will be made using a computer text editor compatible with MS Word, the subject of works and the offer cost estimate will also be delivered in electronic version in a data format compatible with MS Excel, 7. when preparing the investor's cost estimate the Contractor will exclude from the total and compile in a separate preparation the costs of transport, utilization, storage of materials originating from demolitions, 8. the entire documentation must be prepared in accordance with the applicable Pzp Act on the day of delivery of the preparation, 9. since the design documentation will serve to describe the subject of the contract for the execution of construction works the Contractor will prepare an additional electronic version of the preparation with personal data removed in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data. Quantity scope of the contract: a) Concept (2 variants) – 1 copy each b) Documentation for the notification of construction works or construction project – 5 copies c) Executive projects – 5 copies for each discipline d) Approved SOR project – 5 copies e) Subject of works – 1 copy for each discipline f) Collective valuation form – 1 copy g) STWiORB (multi-disciplinary) – 3 copies h) Investor's cost estimate - 1 copy.
