3.1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of electrical energy to the points of delivery of the Science and Technology Park in Opole Sp. z o.o. – divided into parts: 3.1.1. Part No. 1, entitled: Supply of electrical energy to the points of delivery in the Science and Technology Park in Opole Sp. z o.o. 3.1.2. Part No. 2, entitled: Supply of electrical energy for the Science and Technology Park in Opole Sp. z o.o. to the point of delivery in the building of the Public Services Centre at ul. Witolda Pileckiego 1 in Opole. 3.2. Description of the subject of the contract: 3.2.1. with regard to Part No. 1 is Annex No. 1A to SWZ; a) The Contracting Authority requires that at least 50% of the energy supplied by the Contractor comes from renewable energy sources, b) The Contracting Authority requires that this condition is met for each settlement period in which the Contractor supplies energy, c) The Contractor will provide the Contracting Authority with a document confirming the guarantees of origin of the supplied energy in accordance with the Act of 20 February 2015 on renewable energy sources (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 68, as amended) in the amount of at least 50% of the total volume purchased. 3.2.2. with regard to Part No. 2 is Annex No. 1B to SWZ.
