The present consultation concerns the supply of various spare parts for the maintenance of escalators. The consultation involves the establishment of one or more framework agreements with order forms, for the supply of 200 references of various spare parts for CNIM, OTIS, KONE and THYSSEN escalators. This involves one or more framework agreements with order forms with a minimum and maximum amount. The contract is concluded for a firm period of 60 months, from the date of the 1st Order of Delivery or Service (OLS) issued by the RATP. The contract is divided into 200 lots. Each reference is equal to 1 lot in the procedure phase, but the contractualisation is done by the supplier offering the economically most advantageous offer on the lots that are the subject of its positioning. No limitation is set on the number of lots that may be awarded to the same tenderer. Consequently, the same economic operator may be awarded a single lot, several lots or all the lots for which it has submitted the economically most advantageous offer, subject to the compliance of its candidature and its offer. The RATP therefore does not set any minimum or maximum number of lots that may be awarded to the same candidate.
