The subject of the public procurement is the supply by purchase of new unused motor vehicles for the needs of the BNR, by separate positions: Separate Position No. 1: "Delivery of a category M1, Class AC estate car (4+1 seats) - 1 unit"; Separate Position No. 2: "Delivery of a light category M1, Class AB hatchback (4+1 seats) - 4 units". All costs for the full execution of the order are at the expense of the Contractor. The designated contractor must ensure at their own expense all transport costs to the place indicated for delivery, costs for acquisition, respectively transfer of ownership of the vehicles to the Beneficiary, payment of the product tax (eco-tax), all costs for carrying out warranty maintenance within the warranty period (for labor, spare parts and consumables), costs for warranty (service) maintenance of the vehicles during the warranty period, as well as costs for elimination by the Contractor of all technical malfunctions and damages, arising not due to the fault of the Beneficiary and covered by the warranty conditions and warranty liability of the Contractor, as well as costs related to the registration of the vehicles in the KAT. The delivery deadline is at the proposal of the participant, indicated in calendar days (in whole numbers), from the date of signing the contract. The maximum delivery time for each separate position is: up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days, from the date of signing the contract until the delivery and acceptance of the motor vehicles. The Contractor undertakes to register the vehicles in the KAT, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, from the acceptance and delivery of the motor vehicles without remarks.
