Poland – Security services – Świadczenie usług w zakresie ochrony osób i mienia w budynkach i na parkingach wewnętrznych MKiDN w Warszawie wraz ze świadczeniem usług nadzoru przeciwpożarowego oraz z obsługą recepcji na potrzeby Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego

1. 24-hour physical protection of persons and property provided by the Contractor, who holds a license to carry out this type of activity, issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 535). The service consists of direct physical protection, constant monitoring of signals transmitted, collected and processed in the electronic security systems and alarm devices of the Contracting Authority, and immediate protection (by intervention patrols) every day of the week, for the duration of the contract, in the complex of buildings that are the seat of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN) located in Warsaw at:  ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 together with the Kordegarda building (excluding the protection of exhibits during the gallery's opening hours),  ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 17,  ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23,  ul. Ksawerów 13,  ul. Trębacka 3 (garage).

2. 24-hour fire safety supervision service, operation of fire safety equipment and fire monitoring provided by the Contractor every day of the week. The service is carried out in the premises of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, for the duration of the contract, in the complex of buildings that are the seat of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (MKiDN) located in Warsaw at: ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 15 together with the Kordegarda building (excluding the protection of exhibits during the gallery's opening hours), ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 17, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23, ul. Trębacka 3 (garage). As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged to carry out regular preventive patrols on the premises of the buildings.

3. Reception service in an 8-hour system, on working days (i.e. from Monday to Friday), for the duration of the contract, provided in the buildings occupied by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage located in Warsaw at: ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 15, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 21/23, ul. Wierzbowej 9/11, ul. Senatorskiej 27.

4. Physical protection service of persons and property including reception service provided by the Contractor in a 10-hour system from Monday to Friday during the working hours of the Contracting Authority i.e. 7:00 – 17:00, consisting of direct physical protection in the object located in Warsaw at: ul. Jana Pawła II 29 (Atrium).

5. Provision of 1000 hours of additional protection.
