Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Zaniemyśl w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste originating from residential properties, properties with holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational purposes, and from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste (PSZOK) operated by the Gmina Zaniemyśl in the locality of Jeziory Małe. The contract will be executed from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The subject of the contract includes a) accepting municipal waste, specified by type for the contract, at the location for accepting municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents, b) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, at the location for managing municipal waste indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the contract documents, c) fulfilling reporting and information obligations, d) fulfilling obligations guaranteeing the Purchaser the possibility to exercise control and verification rights, e) managing the estimated mass of municipal waste amounting to 3 059,07 Mg during the contract period.
