Poland – Road transport services – Przewożenie (dowożenie i odwożenie) dzieci niepełnosprawnych do/z Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego we Wschowie oraz Przedszkola nr 3 we Wschowie w roku szkolnym 2026/2027.

The subject of the contract is a transport service consisting of transporting (bringing and taking) disabled children to/from the Special Educational and Care Centre in Wschowa and Nursery No. 3 in Wschowa during the 2026/2027 school year, from 02.11.2026 (or from the date of the contract signature, if the contract is signed at a later date) to 25.06.2027, excluding the statutory holiday period, in accordance with the route lists specified in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ). 2. The average daily mileage limit is: route no. 1 - 94.00 km and route no. 2 - 92.00 km. This limit was calculated based on the distance between the Special Educational and Care Centre in Wschowa at ul. T. Kościuszki 25 and Nursery No. 3 in Wschowa, and the places of residence of the children for whom the subject transport service will be provided. 3. The transport service must be carried out within closed transport - regular special transport. 4. On the date of the announcement of the procedure, the transport covers: 19 children in total on route 1; 30 children in total on route 2. 5. The contracting authority requires that the transport of children be carried out by (2) two transport means (one for each route), adapted for the transport of disabled children with a minimum number of seats: route 1: 28 persons (excluding driver and carer); route 2: 35 persons (excluding driver and carer). 9. The delivery of students to the Special Educational and Care Centre in Wschowa and Nursery No. 3 in Wschowa will take place daily, from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 7:50, excluding the statutory holiday period. 10. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the SWZ along with the annexes.
