Description

The contract concerns the design, preparation, facilitation, coordination, communication and evaluation of the activities of the Climate Plan Network. In the context of this contract, facilitating the network involves uniting and coordinating the activities of its members to promote collective dynamics at the regional level. To this end, the contractor is expected to promote exchanges, conviviality and enjoyment for members to be part of the network. Uniting around common interests and valuing the work of network members by sharing it are essential to stimulate, mobilise and make the network dynamic. Information management for and within the network therefore has an important place in the facilitation to be developed. The aim is to support network members to become genuine actors in its facilitation and not just mere "consumers" of it. The objectives are to:

• promote mutual acquaintance, mutual assistance and sharing of experiences between members;

• support the upskilling of local authorities on climate-air-energy policies;

• provide reliable, accessible and up-to-date information on regulatory frameworks, methods, tools and funding;

• identify and capitalise on the needs, difficulties, solutions and practices of territories;

• strengthen the linkage between regional and national guidelines and their local implementation;

• mobilise territories and publics who are less present in the network;

• promote the collective appropriation of the network so that its members actively contribute to its programming and facilitation;

• showcase territorial actions and the partnership dynamics of Ambition Climat Bretagne.
