The procurement is described in this tender notice and its annexes. The procurement is divided into three sub-areas: 1. Turun seudullisen joukkoliikenteen suunnittelujärjestelmä 2. Liikennöintisopimushallinta (optio) 3. Turun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy:n suunnittelujärjestelmä (optio) One (1) tenderer will be selected as the supplier. The same tenderer will also be selected as the supplier for any options. The tenderer may, if desired, offer one or both of the options described in the tender notice. The offering of options is not a prerequisite for the acceptance of the tender or for the selection of the supplier for sub-area 1. An option cannot be offered independently without a tender relating to sub-area 1. The supplier selection is made on the basis of sub-area 1 according to the evaluation criteria indicated in the tender notice. The prices or other information of the options do not affect the tender evaluation of sub-area 1, unless otherwise stated in the tender notice. If the Purchaser decides to use the offered option, the option will be procured from the supplier selected for sub-area 1 at the prices indicated in their tender and the conditions defined in the tender documents. The option is a right, not an obligation, of the Purchaser. Contract period The total duration of the 56-month duration of the procurement is estimated. The total duration includes the system delivery project and the 48-month fixed-term contract period for the continuous service starting after the delivery project has been approved. The 48-month contract period for continuous service begins when the delivery project has been successfully completed and the system has been approved for production use in the manner defined in the tender documents and contract. The indicated total duration of 56 months for the procurement is an estimate, and the actual duration of the delivery project does not shorten or extend the 48-month fixed-term contract period for continuous service. The continuous service contract continues after the 48-month fixed-term contract period according to the conditions defined in the tender documents, in force indefinitely.
