Within a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 17 of the VgV with a selection contest, planning services and construction supervision of building design services are to be awarded for the measure "Project 34.0463 - Renovation and Modernisation of the Residential Complex Brahmsstraße in Munich" of the Deutsche Bundesbank. The Deutsche Bundesbank intends to award the performance phases 2-9 HOAI as well as special services, such as the preparation of feasibility studies for infill development and the production of CAD drawings with site reconciliation. The Deutsche Bundesbank reserves the right to award the contract in stages, depending on further approval for the implementation of the project. With the conclusion of the contract, the award of performance phases 2 and 3 is planned. There is no legal entitlement to further assignment.
