Germany – Electricity – Los 1: Versorgung mit elektrischer Energie und Erbringung energieversorgungsnaher Dienstleistungen

The RAG is an industrial electricity consumer from an energy industry perspective, which in the future (up to 2030) aims to cover its electricity procurement through its own PV and wind assets as well as the use of existing demand flexibility in its core business in a CO2-neutral manner. With this tender, electricity will be procured from the market for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 or 2030 with an option to extend to 31 December 2033, electricity from own generation will be marketed, and energy supply-related services will be provided. The contract will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1 includes the electricity supply to the RAG's points of delivery at medium, high, and extra-high voltage and the direct marketing of the RAG's renewable energy plants. Lot 2 includes the electricity supply to the company's points of delivery at low voltage (SLP). The RAG intends to conclude a contract for the provision of portfolio and risk management as a service in parallel with this tendering procedure.
