1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for cellular biology based on a framework agreement, divided into 3 parts, for the Łukasiewicz Research Network - PORT Polish Centre for Technology Development. 2. The contracting authority will place orders, based on the framework agreements concluded as a result of the award decision, for the supply of reagents necessary to carry out research tasks within its own funds and projects implemented by the contracting authority. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, together with the requirements of the contracting authority regarding the subject of the contract, have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Cost Estimate Form and in Annex 3 to the SWZ - Contract Template.
