1. The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender. 2. The subject of this procedure is the execution of a public procurement contract under the project entitled: „Digitisation of the county geodetic and cartographic resources of the Mrągowo County Office”. 3. The project covers the following scope: 1) Digitisation of documents justifying entries in the EGiB and legal operators, technical operators from situational-height measurements, post-construction inventories, land classification, and supplementation/updating of the PZGiK system database used for acquisition, recording, transmission, access and protection of resource material; 2) Launch of 3 public e-services at a high, fourth level of maturity based on the created databases and digitised resources. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
