Poland – Engineering design services – „Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na budowę krytego basenu w Nowym Tomyślu”

The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-sectoral project documentation for an indoor swimming pool, including obtaining the necessary approvals and administrative decisions, including a building permit. 2. The scope of the Contract includes, in particular, the preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of the following works: 1) concept with a functional program and visualizations 2) geotechnical surveys and opinion necessary for the proper execution of construction works 3) architectural and construction design together with the land development project 4) technical/construction design, which should include at least the following works: a) structural and construction design together with the necessary calculations and static strength calculation results, b) sanitary sector design together with the necessary hydraulic calculations, device parameters, containing installation regulations, dimensions of elements and installations, characteristic cross-sections, developments, lists of installation elements and devices, c) electrical sector design together with the necessary calculations of electrical parameters, lists of devices together with their technical data, d) telecommunication sector design together with lists of devices and their technical data, e) interior architecture design, f) land development project, g) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works. 5) fire scenario, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 17 September 2021 on the coordination of the plot or land development project, architectural and construction design and technical design in terms of fire protection, 6) fire safety instructions together with equipment, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 7 June 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 822 with later amendments), 7) inventory of greenery, including dendrological, greenery protection project, compensatory planting project. 3. The Contractor, as part of the contractual remuneration, is also obliged to exercise author's supervision in the scope referred to in art. 20 sec. 1 point 4 of the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law. 4. The Detailed Description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1 to SWZ. Additional information: The Contracting Authority requires that the maximum heat transfer coefficient for the entire glazing (glazing and profiles considered together) is k ≤ 0.9. Triple glazing. Solar radiation transmittance coefficient g = 0.35. 5. In accordance with art. 126 sec. 1 PZP, the Contracting Authority will call the contractor, whose offer was the highest scored, to submit, within the specified deadline, not shorter than 10 days from the date of the call, personal evidence means, if their submission was required in the contract notice or contract documents, current as of the date of submission of personal evidence means. 6. The Contracting Authority will use art. 139 sec. 1 PZP, i.e.: The Contracting Authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of offers, and then carry out a subjective qualification of the contractor, whose offer was the highest scored, in the scope of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in the procedure. 7. Each Contractor may submit only one offer in this procedure. 8. Set of documents that make up the offer: 1) Completed offer form (according to the pattern – Annex No. 2 to SWZ), 2) JEDZ declaration; 3) Contractor's declaration regarding the exclusion grounds from art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 4) copy or information from the KRS or CEiDG, if separate provisions require registration in the register or record, in order to confirm that the person acting on behalf of the Contractor is authorized to represent it; 5) confirmation of the submission of objections. Additionally, the offer should be accompanied by – if applicable: 6) power of attorney authorizing the submission of the offer, if the offer is signed by a proxy; 7) power of attorney for a proxy to represent in the procedure of Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract – applies to offers submitted by Contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, 8) obligation of a third party; 9) JEDZ declaration for each of the entities providing the Contractor with resources, if the contractor relies on the resources of other entities; 10) declaration of the entity providing resources regarding the exclusion grounds from art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 (if applicable); 11) JEDZ declaration for each of the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, in the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract; 12) declaration regarding the exclusion grounds from art. 5k of Regulation 833/2014 for each of the contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract, in the case of contractors jointly applying for the award of the contract; 13) declaration from art. 117 sec. 4 PZP, referred to in Section X sec. 6 SWZ (if applicable).
