The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of chemical reagents, reagent kits with consumable materials, and the leasing of an analyser for determining the concentration of infliximab for a period of 24 months, divided into 3 Parts: Part 1 - Delivery of chemical reagents I; Part 2 - Delivery of chemical reagents II; Part 3 - Delivery of reagent kits and control materials for the quantitative determination of infliximab (IFX) concentration and semi-quantitative determination of total and free anti-IFX antibodies along with the analyser leasing. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Annex 2 to the SWZ – Product and price list (appropriately for Parts 1-3) and Annex 2.1. to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – analyser – Form of required and evaluated technical conditions (concerning Part 3).
