Belgium – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Terminals en Connectiviteit

This contract aims to conclude, following a two-phase procedure, a framework agreement with a single service provider for the renewal of terminals and all related support services, including connectivity with our central system, which fall within the core business of the Loterie Nationale. See the tender documents PHASE 1 to be downloaded via the e-procurement website: https://www.publicprocurement.be. This is a 2-phase procedure. The examination and selection of tenders will be based on the selection guide (phase 1). This means that only your response for PHASE 1 (selection phase) must be submitted via the e-procurement platform. Any questions/answers and corrections will also be published and made available on this same website. The Loterie Nationale therefore reserves the right not to respond to any questions asked during phase 1 and relating to phase 2. Please therefore consult this notice regularly. The tender specifications (phase 2) are given here only "for information". Due to the confidential nature of the information in the annexes of the tender specifications, these documents will not be made available in phase 1.
