Denmark – Construction consultancy services – Totalrådgivning vedr. realisering af helhedsplan ifm. renovering af Afd. 24 og Afd. 29 i Varbergparken, Haderslev

The present contract notice concerns the procurement of total consultancy regarding the comprehensive renovation of Varbergparken, HAB Department 24 and Department 29, in Haderslev. Based on a renovation master plan, approved under scheme A by Landsbyggefonden and Haderslev Municipality, the departments are to be renovated. The renovation covers 186 dwellings, including 35 terraced houses and 151 apartments. Two projects - one total consultant, the client wishes for the consultancy services for both comprehensive renovations to be handled by the same total consultant. Both total consultancy contracts will therefore be awarded to the same total consultant. The contractor costs (enterprise sum) for the renovation projects have a budget framework of 72.9 million DKK and 134.5 million DKK respectively, including site/winter arrangements and excluding VAT. All finances must be kept separate for the two departments. The procurement of the total consultancy contract will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. Requirements for the task are set out in the tender material.
