France – Janitorial services – Prestation de conciergerie d'entreprise pour le compte du CEA Centre de Valduc

This contract concerns the provision of concierge services for the CEA Centre de Valduc. The contract includes, at a minimum, the following services (which will be subsequently enriched with opportunity files presented): - Delivery of baskets of fresh vegetables and fruit to order, - Delivery of classic or special bread to order, - Delivery of dairy products (cheeses, yoghurts, etc.) to order, - Delivery of butchery products to order, - Dry cleaning, ironing, sewing and alterations, - Shoe repair, key duplication, - Collection and withdrawal of parcels at a relay point, - Shop for first-aid products: hygiene products, tissues, tights, ties, plasters, umbrella, everyday products, etc., - Shop for food products: coffee, tea, honey, artisan specialities, etc., - Promotion of local artisans, - Referral of service providers: childcare, cleaning, green space maintenance, school support, various repairs, etc., - Assistance with administrative and medical procedures, - Reception point for lost or found everyday items, - Luggage service, - Collaboration with site associations. The Valduc Centre has 2 concierge spaces. The potential number of users is 2 000 people. The contract is for a firm period of 36 months. Options: - The CEA may extend the contract for an additional 24 months, divisible into 12-month periods, - A one-month reversibility phase at the start of the contract, - A one-month reversibility phase at the end of the contract.
