The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of activity of the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. The scope of the contract subject includes the provision of regular passenger transport services on the following lines, which are part of the transport network, the organiser of which is the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”: 1) 111 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Nakło 2) 112 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Złoty Potok 3) 112A Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Złoty Potok 4) 115 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Bolesławów 5) 117 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Złoty Potok 6) 119 Częstochowa, ul. Piłsudskiego – Drochlin 7) 132 Mstów – Kobyłczyce 8) 141 Koniecpol, ul. Armii Krajowej Szkoła – Lelów Rynek 9) 520 Bolesławów – Zalesice, Koszary 10) 521 Przyrów, Rynek – Jaźwiny 3. The subject of the contract should be realized on the basis of the assumptions specified in the Contract Subject Description (Attachment No. 10 to SWZ) and on the principles and conditions specified in the contract template, which includes the projected provisions of the contract in the matter of public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of this contract (Attachment No. 11 to SWZ). All the requirements specified in the above-mentioned documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the conditions of the contract on the basis of Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.
