The subject of the contract is the provision of public transport services in the area of activity of the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”. 2. The subject of the contract includes the provision of regular passenger transport services on the following lines, which are part of the transport network organized by the Jurajski Związek Powiatowo-Gminny „Komunikacja Jurajska”:

1) 121 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Garnek

2) 121A Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Pacierzów

3) 122 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Zawada

4) 123 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy - Lgota Mała

5) 123A Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy - Pieńki Szczepockie

6) 123B Kruszyna – Kruszyna

7) 125 Częstochowa, Orzechowskiego – Łęg

8) 125A Częstochowa, Orzechowskiego – Mykanów

9) 126 Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Lipicze

10) 126A Częstochowa, Dworzec Autobusowy – Kłomnice

11) 531 Kłomnice – Witkowice.

3. The subject of the contract shall be realized on the basis of the assumptions specified in the Subject of the Contract Description (Annex No. 10 to SWZ) and on the principles and conditions specified in the contract template, including the proposed provisions of the contract regarding the public procurement, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract (Annex No. 11 to SWZ). All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the conditions of the contract, pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.
