Poland – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Świadczenie usług transportu specjalistycznego dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - mieszkańców miasta Opola mających trudności w poruszaniu się

The provision of specialist transport services for persons with disabilities who have mobility difficulties, in the area of the city of Opole, and the coordination of the above service (accepting orders for transport services by telephone and electronically (including email and the Opole+ platform) from persons entitled to the service, preparing and coordinating schedules) in accordance with the conditions specified in the Regulation constituting the annex to the contract. The order will be implemented no earlier than from 1 January 2027 for 24 months. The service must be provided by five vehicles from Monday to Friday during the hours: a) from 6:00 to 18:00 – 3 vehicles; b) from 6:00 to 22:00 – 2 vehicles. The ordering party does not envisage granting the order referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Law. Pursuant to Article 257(1) of the Law, the ordering party does not envisage the possibility of invalidating the subject matter of the proceedings, if the funds which the ordering party intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order have not been granted to it.
