Romania – Antineoplastic agents – Medicamente Diverse (12) - 2026

The subject of the contract for goods consists in the supply of medicines for the National Health Programmes under conditions of safety and good quality. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification/additional information, which have been addressed within the period provided in the invitation to participate, on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
