Poland – Natural gas – Dostawa gazu dla uczestników Krakowskiej Grupy Zakupowej Gazu

The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas: 3.1.1. for the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027 for the participants of the Krakow Gas Buying Group, including the sale and provision of distribution services for high-methane natural gas with the symbol E, in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 1 of the contract) 3.1.2. for the period 01.01.2028 – 31.12.2028 for the participants of the Krakow Gas Buying Group, including the sale and provision of distribution services for high-methane natural gas with the symbol E, in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 2 of the contract) 3.1.3. for the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2028, the supply of propane-butane in 11-kilogram cylinders intended for forklift propulsion. The supply will be carried out successively throughout the contract period (Part 3 of the contract). Detailed regulations in the contract documents. NOTICE: CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS 3.4.1. Acting under Article 133(3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to treat Annex 1 to the contract description as confidential, and Contractors who gain access to it are obligated not to disclose or use it for purposes other than preparing a tender and potentially implementing this contract, under the threat of liability for damages. This documentation is not and will not be publicly available on the Contracting Authority's website. 3.4.2. The basis for providing detailed documentation is the submission of an "Application for Access to Confidential Information" – Annex 5 to SWZ, which must be drawn up in Polish. The application may also be sent in electronic form (e-mail). 3.5. Place of contract performance: Part 1 Deliveries will take place in the municipalities of Kraków, Skawina, Stryszów, Sułoszowa, Ustroń, Rabka-Zdrój, Łazy koło Bochni, Gołkowice Górne, Modlnica, Bytom, Zakopane, Deliveries in the case of 359 delivery points will take place on the territory of OSD – Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. (mostly the Krakow Gasworks Plant), and for 3 delivery points - on the territory of the Distribution System Operator – BORYSZEW S.A. Branch Modern Aluminium Products "Skawina". Part 2 Deliveries will take place in the municipalities of Kraków, Gmina Skawina, Stryszów, Sułoszowa, Ustroń, Rabka-Zdrój, Łazy koło Bochni, Gołkowice Górne, Modlnica, Bytom, Zakopane. Deliveries in the case of 359 delivery points will take place on the territory of OSD – Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. (mostly the Krakow Gasworks Plant), and for 3 delivery points - on the territory of the Distribution System Operator – BORYSZEW S.A. Branch Modern Aluminium Products "Skawina".
