Description

ICE-Werk Dortmund-Hafen - VP 04 Lot 7 - Traction Power (BSV and EZVA) The procurement as part of the new construction measure ICE-Werk Dortmund-Hafen essentially comprises the following plant systems. EZVA 1.000 V AC (Electrical Train Preheating System) The EZVA is used for the stationary power supply of parked passenger trains with 1000 V / 16.7 Hz for train preheating. The system consists of a 15 kV medium-voltage supply, two 800 kVA transformers, a 1.000 V switchgear assembly, control cabinet, and the heating outlets to the extraction points on the tracks. Control is effected via a central automation system with connection to the higher-level control technology, emergency stop, and earthing automation. BSV 670 V DC (Onboard Power Supply Systems / Depot Feeding) The BSV provides the 670 V DC power supply for parked vehicles and supplies the on-board power system of the trains during maintenance and parking times. The system includes transformers, rectifiers, low-voltage main distributions, control technology, and the associated feed and extraction devices. The work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DB Fernverkehr and Siemens for modern ICE vehicles. K1-3 Integration BSV and EZVA The central power and control technology will be installed in the technical area K3. From there, the power and control cables will be routed to the extraction points in K1. The integration includes the complete cable infrastructure, fire protection partitions between K3 and K1, earthing and equipotential bonding systems, and the connection to the higher-level control technology, the disconnection and earthing automation, and other trades.
