The study should, on the one hand, provide a comprehensive territorial diagnosis to update all knowledge related to the functioning of watercourses and their issues in terms of flood risk and environmental restoration. On the other hand, it should propose an integrated management strategy for these two issues by defining an informed land-use plan.
