The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The phasing details of the operation are set out in the tender specifications. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices. The mission aims to assist Bordeaux Métropole in defining a strategy for the evolution of the composting platforms in Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, with a view to ensuring service continuity, optimizing use and enhancing the value of existing land and infrastructure. The mission pursues the following objectives: - to produce a shared, objective and exploitable diagnosis for decision-makers; - to compare exactly three evolution scenarios according to the same analysis framework; - to secure Bordeaux Métropole's decision in light of technical, legal, financial and organizational challenges; - to prepare, if Bordeaux Métropole so decides, the operational and contractual follow-up to the chosen scenario.
