The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) and the subsequent public contracts to be awarded within the established DNS will be commonly, generally available services related to forestry activities, namely in the forest stands managed by the contracting authority. The subject of the performance of individual public contracts awarded within the established DNS is more specifically defined in the commercial and payment conditions, generally (Appendix No. 3 of the tender documentation - Draft Contract for the Performance of a Partial Public Contract) and in the specification of the subject of the performance (appendix to the draft contract), and will be further specified in the invitation to tender and tender conditions for each public contract awarded in the DNS.
