1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services for the developed properties located at ul. Solskiego 35 and 41 in Bielsko-Biała. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of placing orders under the free-hand order procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. Detailed information on the repetition of similar services has been described in the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
