Germany – Building construction work – Erweiterung der Grundschule Klecken

The municipality of Rosengarten intends to expand the Grundschule Klecken into a full-day primary school at the Rosengarten site on a developed plot of land and to design the associated outdoor facilities accordingly. The scope of services includes the construction of a container facility as an interim building, the partial demolition of the existing building, the planning and construction of the extension, and the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods as part of an overall contract by a general contractor. The contracting authority will carry out a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with § 3a EU Abs. 2 VOB/A.
