1. The subject of the procurement is the Supply of medical consumables for medical devices along with specialist surgical equipment and products for kidney dialysis. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): Main CPV code: 33181520-3 - Products for kidney dialysis 33162000-3 - Equipment and instruments used in operating theatres 33190000-8 - Various medical devices and products. 3. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 106 indivisible lots, detailed in Annex 2 to this SWZ. 4. Offers may be submitted in relation to one, several or all lots of the procurement. The offer for each lot must be complete (covering all items listed under the given lot) and must meet the detailed requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes. 5. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement includes a price form, which is Annex 2, 2a, 2b to the SWZ. 6. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers or in the form of electronic catalogues. 7. The contracting authority does not envisage awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7), (8).
