Finland – Medical practice services – OSALLISTUMISPYYNTÖ: Omalääkäripalvelun hankinta

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of a population-based primary care service for the health centre services of the City of Helsinki. The procured primary care service will provide general practitioner services comprehensively to the assigned population. The supplier will appoint a Responsible Doctor for the assigned population, who will be primarily responsible for care. The supplier providing the service must be able to offer the assigned population established primary care services by an experienced health centre physician. The Responsible Doctor must have at least five (5) years of experience in primary care physician work. The procured service includes physician consultations, remote contacts, procedures, prescription work, certificates, rehabilitation plans, and responding to consultations regarding the assigned population by other professionals. The service range is determined by, among other things, health care legislation, the Current Care Guidelines, and local care guidelines and care processes drawn up by the City of Helsinki and the HUS Hospital District. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix Procurement Subject Description and in other appendices to this invitation to participate. The procurement will be implemented as a supplier register designed by the procurement unit itself, for which the term Primary Care Doctor Register (hereinafter also “register”) is used in this procurement. This is a two-stage procedure, which is described in more detail in the appendix Procurement Procedure Description.
