The procurement process includes a contract for the Purchaser's procurement, implementation, operation and maintenance of an HR system. The procurement of the HR system aims to support the Purchaser's need for a comprehensive digital support for handling employee and organisational data as well as the related HR processes. It is desired that the HR system supports the registration, maintenance and use of employee and organisational data in a structured and consistent manner, so that data can be used across the organisation's workflows and system landscape. The background for the procurement is a need to establish a common foundation for handling organisational structure and employee data as well as support for central HR processes. It is desired that the HR system can contribute to effective workflows, high data quality and unambiguous data registration at the source. The Purchaser wishes for the System to initially support processes related to recruitment, resignation and handling of organisational changes. In later phases, the Purchaser wishes for the platform to be expanded to further HR-related processes, including, among others, support for well-being measurements as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. The HR system must also be able to interact with the Customer's other IT systems and support a secure and compliant handling of employee data in accordance with applicable rules for information security and data protection.
