Finland – Motorcycles – Moottoripyörät A 2026 (0072007)

HANKINNAN KOHDE Hansel Oy is procuring the Light Vehicles 2026 framework agreement, which consists of 13 separate framework agreements for various light vehicles. This Motorcycles A 2026 (0072007) framework agreement concerns motorcycles and related services as follows:

The subject of the procurement includes the following products:

• Motorcycles with a maximum engine power of 119 kW and their spare parts and accessories.

The subject of the procurement includes the following services:

• Services related to the delivery of motorcycles

• Documentation services

• Arrangement of commissioning and additional training

• Delivery of products with NOL and TOP delivery terms

• Provision of workshop manuals

• Maintenance, repair, and equipment services for motorcycles

• Provision of testing equipment (optional service)

The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices, especially in the appendix "Subject of the procurement".

CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period is two (2) years. Hansel Oy has the right to extend the framework agreement for a maximum of two (2) years with the framework agreement terms. See also the framework agreement section 6 in the invitation to tender appendix A. The procurement contracts may be valid for one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SCOPE

The estimated value of the framework agreement is 1,000,000 - 1,400,000 euros (VAT 0%), including the option period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1,400,000 euros (VAT 0%). The determination of the euro value of the procurements is complicated by the fact that there may be unforeseeable, customer-independent changes during the framework agreement period in the funds provisionally granted for the procurements related to the framework agreement. The figures are based on the information provided by the related customers on the use of the framework agreement.
