Poland – Disposable non-chemical medical consumables and haematological consumables – 206PN/2026 - Dostawa wyrobów medycznych do żywienia dojelitowego, igieł iniekcyjnych do znieczuleń przy biopsji oraz resuscytatorów dla UCK

The subject of the contract is the supply of enteral nutrition medical products, injection needles for biopsies, and resuscitators for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers. By partial offer, it means individual packages defined in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, two or three packages. 3. The contracting authority requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical products contained in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical products (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the executive acts issued on the basis of this Act. 4. The offered assortment must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ will result in the offer being rejected. 5. The delivery of the assortment from this contract will be carried out on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 6 working days from the date of the order placed by the contracting authority.
