France – Training services – FORMATION (INITIALE, CONTINUE ET PREMIERS SECOURS) DES ACCUEILLANTS FAMILIAUX, DES ASSISTANTS FAMILIAUX ET DES ASSISTANTS MATERNELS DU DÉPARTEMENT DE LA SARTHE

The services can be performed throughout the Sarthe region. The services will be the subject of 5 single-award framework agreements with no minimum and a maximum executed by issuing purchase orders in accordance with the definitions of Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract falls under social services and other specific services. Its main objective is made up of training services (Main CPV: 80500000-9). The present consultation is therefore launched according to the accelerated procedure defined in Articles R2123-1 to R2123-4 to 6 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreements will be concluded: - either with a single supplier; - or with jointly and severally liable grouped suppliers; - or with jointly and severally liable suppliers. The representative of the joint group will be jointly and severally liable with each of the members of the group for its contractual obligations to the purchaser, for the execution of the framework agreement.
