On the Bettwil training area, building WE 3596 BG is to be demolished and a replacement new build is to be created on the same site. Structural measures related to Bodluv as well as the demolition of building WE 3596 BG are not part of the contract. The replacement new build is located at the entrance of the Bettwil site and is to include, in particular, a large common room for the troops, office space and the premises of the guard (lodge, common room, sleeping quarters). In addition, a small annex/ shelter for waste disposal and ID/PD stand with a boot washing facility is planned. The single-storey replacement new build is planned as a simple, modular timber-frame building, which must meet the Minergie-A-ECO requirements. The concept of modular construction (element construction) is to be taken into account in the planning and implementation. As part of this tender, a general planner is to be procured for the project management and implementation of the structural measures for SIA phases 41 – 53.
