Design services (Technical Design, Execution Details, Economic Documentation and Technical Assistance from the Designer) for the objective “Construction of a social home with 8 apartments in Targoviste Municipality, Dambovita County

The subject of the service contract to be awarded consists of the following:

- preparation of the technical and economic documentation in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation related to investment objectives/projects financed from public funds;

- review, if necessary, of the technical documentation depending on the conditions imposed by the approvers or by the funding source and the essential legislative changes regarding the framework content of the technical and economic documentation;

- provision of technical assistance from the designer throughout the execution of the works;

- provision of consultancy in the preparation of responses to any requests for clarification submitted by the Financing Authority, etc.

Estimated contract value: 252,419 lei (excluding VAT).

The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/information submitted by the economic operators, 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, corroborated with Article 27(3) of HG 395/2016, as amended and supplemented, to the extent that these requests are submitted within the deadline of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
