The contract for the design and project management services concerns the reconstruction of the EHPAD GASTON MONMOUSSEAU.

Location of the project: 27 Avenue Marcel Alizard 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil

The contractor will be entrusted with a design and project management mission composed of the following elements:

- A complete BASE mission as defined in Article R2431-4 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP),

- Several firm additional missions and additional missions to be priced in PSE.
