Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Umbau und Sanierung Museumserweiterung Schloss Rochsburg - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS - Anlagengruppe 1 - 3, 7, 8

The District Office of Mittelsachsen intends to renovate and refurbish Schlossstraße 1 in 09328 Lunzenau, OT Rochsburg. Overall cost framework (KG 200-600): currently approx. 18,43 million EUR gross, construction costs (KG 300+400): approx. 15,18 million EUR gross. The contracting authority intends to commission the performance phases 2 to 9 of the service of technical equipment planning – HVAC (system group 1-3,7,8) according to HOAI § 53 ff. in conjunction with Appendix 15. The commissioning will be carried out in accordance with the contractual conditions as well as according to individual performance phases. With the conclusion of the Open Procedure, the performance level I: performance phases 2 to 3 as well as special services will be commissioned under contract. Subsequently, the following performance phases are to be commissioned step by step – individually or in full – as well as special services. If the advertised performance phases 2-9 are commissioned, the contract end is scheduled for 04/2035 (completion LPH 8).
