Purchase, installation and commissioning of an electric hot water boiler with a capacity of 3 MW at Kraftvärmeverket Torsvik. The boiler shall be connected to the district heating network and function as a resistive load during the start-up of the island grid. The scope covers all phases of the work, such as design, engineering, manufacturing, transport, lifting, assembly, installation, signal testing, commissioning, final adjustment, final testing and acceptance. The facility is dimensioned for a technical lifespan of 25 years.
