Belgium – Miscellaneous gardening equipment – Groepsaankoop raamovereenkomst leveren gereedschap groenonderhoud en toebehoren

This contract has as its object the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor for the supply of equipment for green maintenance, both electric and combustion engine, as well as hand tools and accessories for the duration of 48 months, to the authorities that are members of the inter-municipal purchasing service of IOK. These authorities include: police zones, emergency zones, OCMW, municipal and city governments, and welfare associations. During the contract duration, a number of welfare associations may join this framework agreement. This is a non-exclusive framework agreement with no obligation to purchase. Consequently, notwithstanding the conclusion of the framework agreement by the contracting authority IOK on the basis of the present tender, the aforementioned authorities are free to order elsewhere during the contract duration or to place no order. The contractor may not claim compensation for this.
