1. within the basic order (hereinafter: "Basic Order") the investor supervision of the tasks of the reconstruction of culverts, footbridges and fords on culverts with a natural bottom in the Jeleśnia Forest District. The detailed description is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out the full scope of activities specified in the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 on Construction Law and the implementing regulations for the construction supervisor, in accordance with the applicable standards, rules of construction art, and in accordance with professional ethics, which has been described in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.

2. the preparation of a report (verification, checking the correctness and completeness of the project documentation before the next stage of project implementation) for the prepared project and cost documentation for the reconstruction of culverts, footbridges and fords on culverts with a natural bottom in the Jeleśnia Forest District.
