The purpose of the public contract is to ensure the performance of activities by a suitably qualified representative of the principal in the preparation and implementation of the construction of "Kroměřížská nemocnice, a. s. – completion of the southern wing of building A – construction manager" and "Kroměřížská nemocnice, a.s. – completion of the western wing of building A – construction manager", from the preparation phase of the construction (including in particular supervision – control of project documentation), during the implementation of the construction, until the construction is put into operation. TDS undertakes to carry out, on behalf of and for the account of the principal, the engineering activities of TDS in the preparation and implementation of the work, including the performance of the technical supervisor of the builder and the coordinator of safety and health protection at work on the site. TDS also undertakes to ensure the performance of the function of Information Manager, i.e. BIM project coordinator and CDE manager.
