Netherlands – Grounds maintenance services – ROK Beheer-, onderhouds en crisiswerkzaamheden waterkeringen

The current contracts for the management, maintenance and execution of emergency works on the water defences expire on 31 December 2026. To ensure the continuity of these works, it is necessary to conclude new framework agreements in a timely manner. With this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to contract new Contractors from 1 January 2027, who, under the direction of the Contracting Authority, will be responsible for: • the execution of regular maintenance of water defences (such as repair of damage and the removal of roof/waste), and • the execution of emergency works, for example, support in the event of disasters or high water situations.
