Germany – Secondary school construction work – Generalübernehmerleistungen Ersatzneubau ISS Solling

The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the State of Berlin. As part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools for the State of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to replace a new integrated secondary school with an integrated sports hall and uncovered school outdoor and sports facilities as part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive. The project requires general contracting services. These are the subject of this procurement procedure.
