Finland – Surgical specialist services – Ortopedian erikoislääkäripalvelut

The Kainuu Wellbeing Services County Council invites tenders for orthopaedic specialist medical services for the Kainuu Wellbeing Services County Council. The service is procured as a reception service for the surgical clinic, as on-call duty as flexible on-call duty on weekends and weekdays, as operating theatre service and, if necessary, as ward work on the surgical ward. The reception service includes clinic days (approximately 15 patients/day). Daytime work may, according to the buyer's needs, include ward work in the surgical ward, telephone consultations, and reception work in the clinic or surgical procedures in the operating theatre. If the work schedule only includes clinic work, the number of patients is approximately 15 patients at most. Weekday on-call duty (Monday - Thursday) starts at 15.30 and ends at 8.00 the next day. The flexible on-call duty service for weekend on-call duty, when work starts on Friday at 15.00 and ends on Monday at 8.00 (activity level approximately 30 - 50 %). In the operating theatre service, orthopaedic procedures are performed in one operating theatre from 7.30 - 16.00. The contract period starts on 1.1.2027 and ends on 31.12.2028. In addition, the buyer reserves an option for one (1) year.
